Do you offer visitor passes?
Yes, we offer 1 free 1 day visitor pass to use main gym equipment only. Please click on the "trial" tab to fill out your information, waivers, and you'll receive an email with instructions. Visitors must "check in" with our app at the front door.
Are you open 24/7?
Yes, members are able to access the gym and schedule add-on room sessions 24/7. We are not fully staffed throughout the day, so be sure to call us prior to schedule a tour.
Once I sign up for a membership online then what happens?
After you sign up, you will receive an email that gives detailed instructions on how to download our app so you can enter the building.
What if I am not tech savvy or don't have enough storage on my phone then can I still enter the gym as a member?
Absolutely! Please contact us so you can pick up a physical key fob. You can also set up your login to access your member portal via a browser such as safari, chrome, edge, etc. There you can update billing information, add on memberships, schedule sessions, etc.
Do you accept insurances?
We partner with several insurance companies such as Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers, One Pass for seniors. We also partner with commercial insurances such as Active&Fit, so make sure to check with your employer insurance. Our gym facility will show up on their side if we partner with them. Don't forget to contact us directly to complete your gym membership on our end as this has to be completed manually so you get gym access ASAP!
Do I need to be a member to use your recovery and tanning rooms?
Our recovery room (cold plunge/infrared sauna) is a Member add-on benefit only, so yes you would need to become a member to add this room onto your membership. However, at this time the tanning room is available to members and non-members. Please go to the "schedule sessions" tab to book your tanning session.
Will our insurance pay for your add-on recovery and tanning rooms?
Unfortunately, no your insurance will only pay for your basic membership to use the main gym area and shower facility only. You have the option to pay separately for the additional rooms - $15/month for 1 room or $25/month for 2 rooms giving you 3 sessions per week for each room.
How do I cancel my membership or add-on rooms?
While we hate to see you go, we understand life happens. We require a 30 day notice for any cancelations. Just email your cancelation to mrose@primalrosefit.com with reasoning as to why you're canceling.
Do you do membership holds? We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for any membership hold requests by emailing mrose@primalrosefit.com. We can place a “hold” on your account for a maximum of 2 months at no additional charge. After this period, your membership will automatically resume. Each member is allowed one hold of up to 2 months per year, and you have the option to split this time within the year if that suits your needs.
Please note that placing a hold on your membership will affect your eligibility for the free month offered after 12 consecutive months of paid membership. The 12-month period will restart after the hold ends.
Is there a minimum age requirement to have a gym membership? Yes, 13 years old is the minimum age and legal guardian, or parent, must be present at the gym with child until the child turns 15 years old.
Does everyone qualify for the 1 month free membership? We'd love to offer this to everyone, however we are unable to extend this offer to members who use insurance/employer/3rd party for their gym memberships.
